Early Years Curriculum Statement

In the Early Years Foundation Stage, we have 3 Prime Areas of Learning and 4 Specific Areas of Learning. 

The Prime Areas are:                                                       

- Communication and Language                                - Physical Development

- Personal, Social and Emotional Development   

The Specific Areas are:

- Literacy

- Mathematics

- Understanding the World

- Expressive Arts and Design                                             

We support children's learning and development through a focus on the Characteristics of Effective Learning to support children to be inquisitive and resilient lifelong learners!
